WHO Should Apply?
If you have a child age 13 months to 2 years, they can join us for our Early Head Start Program! If your child turns 3 years old (by August 31st) or up to 5 years old, they are welcome to come for our Head Start Program !

WHY Should I Apply?
Head Start is a Federally-funded pre-school child development program for children of low-income families. Children that attend Head Start receive educational, social, health, and nutritional services.
Head Start provides children with a supportive emotional climate that is reflected in activities and the overall environment.
Children are provided with nutritious meals including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Approximately 1/2 to 2/3 of their nutritional needs are provided.
Health services include the provision of medical, dental, mental health and nutrition services to meet the individual needs of preschool children including children with special needs and disabilities.
Head Start forms family partnerships. Families are also assisted in setting goals and are assisted with health, employment, training, housing, transportation, nutrition, mental and dental health services.
