CAREER-UP
Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity is proud to offer the Career-Up Program to help individuals who need intensive job preparation, including motivational and attitudinal training and remedial education.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The Career-Up Program provides personal development training that helps participants get, keep or advance to a better job. The program also provides supportive services that enhance career development.

The program provides group and individual coaching, counseling and training classes to adults who want to purchase a home for their family.

FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM
The Section 8 Department also offers a Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) to help Housing Assistance participants achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency.
PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES
Section 8 staff will assist each FSS participant to help them:

Identify and remove barriers preventing the
achievement of these goals

Receive counseling and support
