Green Hill Manor Elderly Apartments Green Hill Manor Apartments, located in Louisburg, NC, provides affordable housing for the elderly and handicapped.  The apartment complex consists of two buildings each with 36 units.  Each unit consists of a bedroom, kitchen, and living area.  Some apartments are also specifically equipped for the handicapped.
Annex Building Our building is located on 155 West Andrews Ave. In Henderson NC. We also fasilitate our Women's Economic Equity program at this location also.

Urgent Repair

The purpose of the Urgent Repair Program (URP) is to alleviate conditions that pose an imminent threat to the life and safety of the very low income and low income homeowners with special needs. The program provides accessibility modifications and other energy repairs necessary to prevent the imminent displacement of the very low income and low income individuals who are elderly, frail or physically disabled, single-parents with at least one child in the residence, or households with five or more persons are also eligible.

Boot-camp (Project Self-Sufficiency)

Boot –camp is designed to reduce or prevent the risk factor for child maltreatment caused by unemployment , poverty or socioeconomic disadvantage. This program will provide individuals with job preparation, job development, job placement and job retention skills necessary to obtain and retain full-time employment in jobs that pay above the minimum wage.

The Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for Franklin-Vance-Warren operates in Vance and Franklin counties. Through the rental assistance program, 579 eligible families are able to have decent, safe and sanitary living conditions.

Forclosure Help

National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling

The national Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program Iegislation was signed in December 2007. Congress selected NeighborWork America to administer the program and to direct the funds to be used in "area of greatest need." This is a one-time appropriation designed to support rapid expansion of foreclosure intervention counseling capacity on a short term basis by HUD-approved Housing Counseling Internediaries and State Housing Finance Agencies.

What is the Women’s Economic Equity Project?

 The WEE project aims to:

 • Provide assistance that will enable women in Franklin, Vance, Warren and Granville Counties to obtain employment in high paying jobs in the health, biotechnology and highly technical manufacturing career fields.

 • Provide area employers with competent, reliable and skilled women employees that are supported by a comprehensive array of supportive services provided through on-going professional case management.

 • Support women seeking economic self-sufficiency by providing the resources necessary for them to achieve their career goals.
